These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the use of the online store operated by ProWag Holding Kft. Please use our services only if you agree to all terms and accept them as binding. This document is electronic and not filed in paper form; it does not constitute a written contract or a code of conduct.

2. Basic Provisions

1.1. Matters not regulated in these Terms, as well as their interpretation, shall be governed by Hungarian law, particularly Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code ("Civil Code") and Act CVIII of 2001 on electronic commerce services and certain issues of information society services. Mandatory provisions of applicable laws apply to the parties without any additional agreement.

1.2. Scope and Amendment of Terms: The Provider may amend these GTC at any time, and updated versions will be published on the website.

1.3. Intellectual Property: The webshop and its content are protected by copyright.

1.4. Availability: The Provider strives to ensure continuous access to the webshop, but availability may be limited due to technical or operational reasons.

3. Data Protection and Privacy

1.5. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information. The Provider uses customers' personal data exclusively for order fulfillment and does not share it with third parties, except for the delivery partner. Data handling complies with applicable data protection laws.

4. Products and Services

1.6. All products displayed in the webshop are available for online purchase only. Prices include VAT, as well as delivery and packaging fees.

1.7. Product pages display the product name, description, and images. Product images may differ from the actual product and are sometimes for illustration purposes only.

1.8. Promotional or discounted prices are clearly indicated, and users will be informed of the promotion period.

5. Ordering, Payment, and Delivery

1.9. Order Process:

• Customers can browse and select products without registration.

• Selected products are added to the virtual cart by specifying quantity and clicking "Add to Cart."

• Cart contents can be viewed and modified at any time during the checkout process.

• Clicking "Checkout" allows the user to select delivery and payment methods.

• Before submitting the order, the system displays a summary for review.

• The order is finalized by clicking the "Place Order" button, which creates a payment obligation.

• Cash on delivery (cash or card at courier or pickup point)

Delivery Methods:

6. Order Processing and Fulfillment

1.10. Orders are processed within 2 business days of receipt.
1.11. General fulfillment: If no specific delivery date is agreed upon, the Provider will deliver within 30 days of receiving the order.

1.12. If the Provider cannot fulfill the contract due to unavailability of the product, the Customer will be notified immediately and refunded within 30 days. This does not exempt the Provider from other consequences of non-performance.

7. Right of Withdrawal

1.13. Customers may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason.
Important: Opened or tested perfumes cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

8. Warranty and Guarantees

1.14. Products are subject to statutory warranty and guarantees. In case of defective performance, the customer may request repair, replacement, or refund.

10. Miscellaneous

1.16. All prices in the webshop are gross prices.

1.18. Any matters not regulated by these GTC shall be governed by applicable Hungarian law.
