The online store, operated via the website www.reefshop.hu, processes the personal data provided by the Customer through ProWag Holding Kft., company registration number: 01-09-403702, registered office: 1112 Budapest, Eper utca 26, for the purpose of fulfilling and supplementing the General Terms and Conditions, processing electronic orders and shipments, and ensuring the necessary communication for the period required by law.

Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

Source of Personal Data

• The Controller processes personal data obtained with the Customer's consent, which are collected through the contract concluded during the electronic order placed in the online store;
• The Controller processes only the Customer's identification and contact details that are necessary for the performance of the contract;
• The Controller processes personal data for delivery and accounting purposes, as well as for the necessary communication between the contracting parties, for the period required by law. Personal data are not published and are not transferred to other countries.

Purpose of Data Processing

The Controller processes the Customer's personal data for the following purposes:

• Fulfillment of the electronic order created by the Customer (name, address, e-mail address, phone number);

• Compliance with laws and regulations arising from the contractual relationship between the Customer and the Controller;
• Personal data are required for the performance of the purchase contract. The contract cannot be concluded without providing personal data.

Duration of Storage of Personal Data

• Billing data must be retained for 5 years as required by law.
• Data required for the fulfillment of the order are stored for a maximum of 1 year after the completion of the order.
• The Controller must delete all personal data after the expiration of the storage period necessary for processing personal data.

Recipients and Processors of Personal Data

Third parties processing the Customer's personal data are subcontractors of the Controller. The services of these subcontractors are essential for the successful performance of the contract aimed at processing electronic orders between the Controller and the Customer.

The Controller's subcontractors include:

• Webnode AG (online store system);

• Shipping company;

• Google Analytics (website statistics).

Rights of the Customer

In accordance with the Regulation, the Customer has the following rights:

1. The right to access personal data;

2. The right to rectification of personal data;

3. The right to erasure of personal data;

4. The right to object to the processing of personal data;

5. The right to data portability;

6. The right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data in writing or by e-mail: info@prwgholding.hu;

7. The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in case of suspected violation of the Regulation.

Protection of Personal Data

The Controller declares that it takes all necessary technical and organizational measures required to protect personal data;

The Controller has implemented technical measures to secure data storage areas, in particular by password-protecting access to computers, using antivirus software, and performing regular system maintenance.

If the Customer believes that their rights regarding personal data have been violated, they may lodge a complaint with the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH):

Final Provisions

1. By placing an electronic order on the websites reef.shop.hu or reefshop.hu, the Customer confirms that they have been informed of all circumstances related to the protection of personal data and fully accept them;

2. The Customer accepts these rules by ticking the checkbox on the order form;

3. The Controller may update these rules at any time. The new, updated version will be available on the published website.

These rules enter into force in Budapest on 01 January 2026.
